Of This and Some of That

"It's kinda been insinuated, I think, that he was poisoned. At the funeral, didn't they say he died in his sleep? I don't think she'd want to kill Ozai. He's her husband and they have two kids together. Although, he probably manipulated her head a bit and pointed the finger at his father. I wonder if he actually knew she was going to kill Azulon."
How exactly did Ursa kill Azulon? Did Ozai manipulate her? In what way? Did he intentionally point the finger at his father? Was is it an accident? Did he regret it or feel that is what he deserved for not giving him the throne?
