This story is turning out to be a lot more than I thought it would. It was supposed to be just a 'blah' side story, but it's very much becoming one of my best works. I find with humor stories, setting up background, and setting aren't so important. I could be wrong in doing this, but it doesn't seem as necessary.
With this story though, it's a lot more...deep, I think. Kinda emotional, but not overly so. It takes a bit more effort to write in description, but I like it more.

I wonder how a story of mine would go if I, say, had an actual plan instead of making up everything as I go. I only ever have the loosest idea when I start them.
